Serves 2

2 cooking chorizo sausages – the small fat ones about 6 inches long.
Good Compte cheese, or Gruyere or Ementhal
Rocket roughly chopped
A few slices of good thickly sliced ham
Good crusty bread.
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
