Ingredients: 

For the Ice Cream Base:

1.5 cups whole milk, divided
1 tbsp cornstarch
2/3 cup sugar
1 3/4 cups heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup salted pecans
4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped

For the Salted Pecans:

1 cup unsalted pecan pieces
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon salt
