Cinnamon Almond Fig Bars and Coconut Mango Date Bars

Cinnamon-Almond Bars:
¾ cup almonds, toasted
½ cup walnuts, toasted
1 cup dried black Mission figs, stems removed, chopped
½ cup dates, pitted and chopped
1 Tbsp ground cinnamon

Coconut-Mango Bars:
1 cup raw cashews
1 cup pitted dates
1 cup chopped dried apricots
½ cup raw whole almonds
½ cup chopped dry mango
½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
