4 tablespoons butter, melted
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
2 1/4 teaspoon active rapid-rise dry yeast (such as bread machine yeast)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt


2 cups apples, peeled, cored and sliced thinly
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
