1/2 CUP (113 GRAMS) DRIED MIXED FRUIT (CURRANTS, RAISINS, CHERRIES, APRICOTS, APPLES, ETC.)
1 EGG, LIGHTLY BEATEN
2 TABLESPOONS OF MILK (PLUS MORE, IF NECESSARY)
