Use 3:1 ratio oil:vinegar
So 6TBS oil : 2TBS vin
Or 1cup oil: 1/3 cup vin
1 cup oil
1/3 cup ACV (or red wine vinegar)
1/4 cup liquid from canned oranges (or fresh OJ)
2 wedges lime squeezed
3 to 4 chipotle peppers and 1.5 tbs adobo sauce
1 tbs honey
salt and pepper to taste
Can also add apple/pear juice to sweeten if available.
