1/2 kilo seitan, cubed
2/3 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup water
1/4 - 1/2 lemon, juice
1 - 1 1/2 clementines, juice
1/2 teaspoon whole black peppercorns
2 bay leaves
2 cloves garlic, halved
extra virgin olive oil
2 cups cooked rice or 1 cup uncooked rice
3/4 cup green peas, frozen or fresh
