- 1 glass of coconut milk (200 ml)
- 4 bananas (2 frozen + 2 normal bananas)
- 2 large dates
- ΒΌ cup of raw almonds (40 g)
- Ice (to taste)
- Toppings: cocoa powder and chopped raw almonds.
