Coconut Shrimp and Fish Stew


4)-Pieces of any white fish
(½)- Lemon
(1)- can of Goya Coconut Milk(any brand is fine, I just like Goya products)
(3-4)- Potatoes cut up in medium chunks
Seasonings- BADIA Complete Seasoning, Garlic Powder, lemon pepper, crushed red peppers

  1. 1. Lightly season your fish and shrimp, then squeeze lemon juice on it and let marinate for about 20-30 minutes. 2.       Cut up your potatoes and then put in pot with onions, butter, seasonings and then add your coconut milk. Use the same can and add half of it with water. 3.       Let it cook up until the potatoes are half way done, then add your fish, shrimp and any extra seasoning for your taste.
