Coconut Yogurt with Chia

creamy, full of probiotics, with a hint of coconut. Everyone loves this recipe! It makea your probiotics go much further!

Ingredients: 

2 cans full fat coconut cream, stirred and placed in mason jar
4 ultimate flora ultra potent 100 billion 12 strain probiotic capsules OR
2 containers of bio K fermented brown rice probiotic or soy probiotic, 50 billion
Organic chia seeds


  1. empty the cream into the mason jar and stir in the contents of 4 capsules or two bio k 
  2. 2 tbsp palm sugar, stirred in
  3. seal mason jar (or divide between two if not big enough)
  4. place jar in a warm place (oven with light on, cooler with a hot water bottle on other side)
  5. Let sit 24 hours
  6. Remove and stir. Fill ice cube tray with the contents and use this to make your daily probiotic using:

1 can of coconut cream per one ice cube, thawed. Place in jar, stir, place in warm place 24 hours, then remove. Add chia if it's not thick enough 1-4 tbsp and stir well. Allow to thicken as it sits in the refrigerator. Eat with fresh fruit on top or cooked fruit on the bottom for breakfast or lunch for daily probiotics.
