2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp hot sauce
1 tablespoon dried parsley
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper
Vegetable oil, for frying
