Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients: 

- 24 large stuffing mushrooms (Note that these mushrooms are just white button mushrooms. Sometimes in the store they label them “stuffing” mushrooms so they can charge more for them. If you can buy loose white button mushrooms just do that but pick out the larger ones.)
- 1/3 cup chopped scallions.
- 2 cloves minced garlic.
- 1/3 cup butter.
- 1 cup bread crumbs (1/4 cup for topping). I like to use Panko which are very light and flaky.
- 1/3 cup Parm.
- 1 6oz can crab. I like lump crab. No need to use fresh. You can use more if you want to go crazy.
