½ cup of butter plus 3 tablespoons of butter, for divided use
½ cup dark brown sugar
12 oz cranberries
7 oz. pear, chopped (about one large pear, skinned and seeded)
¼ cup of water
1 ½ cups flour
½ cup Blue Diamond Roasted Salted Almonds, finely ground
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
¾ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon allspice
¼ teaspoonnutmeg
¾ cup cottage cheese, pureed
½ cup buttermilk
