One recipe pâte à choux dough
8 ounces dark chocolate, chopped into small pieces
Egg wash made from 1 egg beaten with 1 pinch of salt
4 ounces heavy cream, warmed
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 ounces light corn syrup
Pinch of salt
