Creamy Cider Vinegar Cole Slaw

Makes 2 cups
If you like your slaw on the sweet side, add more sugar. Like it tart? Use less sugar and more vinegar.

Ingredients: 

4 tablespoons sugar, or to taste
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, or to taste
2-4 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 medium head green cabbage, finely grated (about 2 cups)
Salt and pepper
Pinch of celery seed (optional)
