Creamy garlic mushrooms with bacon

250 g white mushrooms
4 strips of bacon, cut into strips
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
1 large cloves garlic, finely chopped
¾ cup (200 ml) heavy cream or cooking cream
¼ cup dry white wine or chicken broth
¼ cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to season
