1 package cream cheese (softened)
1 cup minced onion (about 1 small onion)
1 tablespoon grapeseed oil or neutral oil
1/2 teaspoon worscheshire sauce
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
fresh cracked black pepper to taste
