Creamy Pasta with Roasted Vegetables


You'll need:
2 cups seasonal veggies, chopped
2 cups whole wheat pasta
1/4 cup pasta water reserved
1/4 cup half and half
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tbsp. olive oil, plus a drizzle for the veggies
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
