Roasted red peppers, drained and rinsed (or 3 bell peppers roasted in oven)
1 (14.5 oz) can
Whole peeled plum tomatoes, not drained
1 (29 oz) can
Tomato sauce
1 medium
Onion, chopped
1/2 cup
Carrots, chopped
2 cups
Chicken stock (or 2 cups water + 2 chicken bullion cubes)
1/2 tsp
Garlic powder
1 tsp
Dried minced onion or 1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp
Dried Italian seasoning (or 1/2 tsp basil and oregano)
Dash
Salt & Pepper
Optional:
Pinch of sweetener of choice if desired
