2 cups water
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tsp active dry yeast
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup quick cooking oats
3 tbsp ground flax seed (optional)
2 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
3 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
(1 tbsp olive oil or more flour)
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp ground cinnamon
4 tbsp butter, divided + more for brushing the pan
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
