crockpot corn risotto recipe

Ingredients: 

1 1/4 cup arborio rice
--1 T olive oil
--1 T butter
--1 tsp onion flakes
--4 chopped cloves of garlic
--4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
--package of frozen corn (16 oz)
--1 tsp salt
--1/4 to 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, depending on taste

to add later:
--1/4 cup heavy cream (I used fat free half and half)
--1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
