Crockpot Mexican Tortilla Quinoa Soup

3/4 cup Quinoa, throughly rinsed
1 (15 oz) can Black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (15 oz) can Corn, drained
1 (4 oz) can Green chilies, chopped
2 (14.5oz) cans Diced tomatoes, not drained
1 cup Salsa of choice
1.25 lb Boneless skinless chicken breasts (fresh or frozen)
4 cups Chicken broth
1 tbs Lime juice (optional)
2 tbs Taco seasoning [1]
1 Small yellow onion, diced (optional)
(Or you can make your own taco seasoning using 2 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp garlic powder.)
