Cuban Red Beans


28 oz kidney beans (2 cans or 4 C of fresh red beans)
1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 onion, diced
1/2 C vegetable stock (or chicken)
2 T minced garlic
2 T white vinegar
1 T Worcestershire
1 T cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
juice of 1 lime
