vermicelli 75gm
1 onion
Spring onion (sectioned)
1 teaspoon garlic (hashed)
1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
1 cup stock

Seasoning:
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/3 tablespoons light soya sauce
1/4 teaspoons sugar

Marinade:
1/2 tablespoons light soya sauce
1/3 teaspoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons corn flour
a dash of sesame oil
