Dad's Chili

Remember to let the ground meat cook very well before adding sauces. Be sure to use white vinegar for a more tart flavor.I like it thick so I double the amt. of tomato sauce and use less water.


1 lb. ground meat
1 med. red pepper
several garlic toes
3 T chili powder
3T white vinegar
15 oz. tomato sauce (or as needed)
1 tsp. salt
Worcestershire Sauce
