1/3 cup small tapioca pearls
1 cup non-dairy milk (I used vanilla almond milk)
2 cups hazelnut milk (can use another non-dairy milk, but the hazelnut milk makes it special)
1/2 cup liquid sweetener (I used maple syrup)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
pinch of salt
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (I used 80% dark chocolate.)
optional: extra hazelnuts for garnish
