Delicious Turkey Meatballs Made in the Oven

Came out moist and delicious!

Ingredients: 

1 lb lean ground turkey
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
1⁄4 teaspoon oregano
1⁄4 teaspoon basil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 egg, beaten
1⁄2 cup dry breadcrumbs (Panko preferred)


 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix all the ingredients and shape into 30 meatballs approximately 1" across.
  3. Spray a nonstick pan lightly with veggie oil.
  4. Cook the meatballs for about 20-30 minutes, or 160 degrees on a thermometer (should rise to 165 degrees after it sits out)
