The best potato salad EVER!

Red bliss potatoes seem to taste the best.
If not, use Russets.

Mix everything while the potatoes are still warm because they absorb the oil/vinegar better.

Ingredients: 

potatoes-peeled and cut into small pieces
apple cider vinegar
canola oil
salt/pepper
mayonnaise (Hellman's is best)
sweet onion,(raw) cut into small pieces to match the potatoes


  1. Boil potatoes. Drain.
  2. Put about 1/2 the potatoes and onion into a bowl. Add a little apple cider vinegar and some oil. 
  3. Repeat with rest of potatoes and onion.
  4. Add a little more apple cider vinegar and oil.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Mix with a big spoon.  Add a little mayo. Mix
