DETOX SALAD

This is my adaptation of the detox salad from WithStyle.me which is an adaptation of the detox salad from OhSheGlows.com which is a copy-cat recipe of the ready-made detox salad sold at Whole Foods.

Ingredients: 

1 cup chopped fresh Cauliflower (remove stems & cut florets into small pieces before measuring)
1 cup chopped fresh Broccoli (remove stems & cut florets into small pieces before measuring)
1 cup chopped fresh Carrots
1/4 cup Sultanas
1/4 cup Currants
1/4 cup Craisins (dried cranberries)
1/4 cup Pomegranate Seeds
1/4 cup finely chopped Italian or Flat Leaf Parsley
1/4 cup raw, hulled Sunflower seeds
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Agave Nectar

Note: If your store carries a pre-chopped mix of fresh cauliflower, broccoli & carrots, you can measure out 3 cups of that.
