1 1/2 cup onion, chopped

1/2 t cajun seasoning
1/2 t ground ginger
1 t thyme
1 t basil
1/2 t cardamom
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 qrt chicken broth
2 50 oz cans green beans, drained
1/2 t garlic
1/2 cup Bourbon
1 1/2 cup White Zinfandel Wine
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
Saute onions, tasso, and seasonings in olive oil.
Add Bourbon, wine and maple syrup once onions begin to clear.
combine well and add beans
add chicken broth and cook until done.
