1½ cups all-purpose flour
¼ cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
½ cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup dark-chocolate chips
Confectioners’ sugar, as garnish
