Ingredients: 

2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon DeLallo Instant Espresso Powder
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
for the fudgy ganache filling:

8 ounces high-quality dark chocolate, chopped
1/4 cup heavy cream

optional: 1 tablespoon DeLallo Instant Espresso Powder
