Dragon Noodles


2 packages ramen noodles
2 tablespoons Sriracha
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons oil
2 eggs, well beaten
6 to 8 pieces large shrimp, peeled and deveined
¼ pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced thinly
½ small onion, peeled and chopped
2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1 large carrot, peeled and julienned
¼ cabbage, shredded
1 cup bean sprouts
green onions, chopped
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
