1 pkg dry active yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1 cp warm water 130*
2 tbs olive oil
In mixer with bread hook combine 1 1/4 cps of the flour, yeast, salt, & olive oil. Pour in water & mix till completely combined. 1 Tbs at a time add in remaining flour till dough starts forming a ball on hook. Remove dough and kneed on floured surface (about 6 min) till somewhat stiff and smooth. Divide dough in half, cover and let rest 10 minutes.
Per heat oven 425*
Do not let dough rise.
Flatten out dough balls and stretch over fist till desire size is made. (this may take some practice)
Place on oiled pizza pan and place in oven for about 10 minutes till lightly browned.
Pull out, cover with your favorite toppings. Place back into oven till cheese is melted. Enjoy !
By browning the crust first you can then remove the pizza from the pan after topped and cook directly on the rack for crispy crust if preferred.
