Ingredients: 

2 medium russet potatoes, grated
1 small zucchini, grated
1/2 onion, grated
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tbsp. chives, chopped
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Olive oil or vegetable oil, for pan-frying

Dill Yogurt Dip
3/4 cup sour cream
3/4 cup yogurt
1 tbsp. olive oil (optional)
3 tbsp. chopped fresh dill
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
