Easy Roasted Vegetables


Vegetables of choice (1 bag Green Gian Brussel Sprouts, 2 lbs asparagus, 1 head broccoli)
Garlic (2 – 4 cloves)
2 – 3 tablespoons oil
Salt (to taste)
Red pepper flakes (to taste)

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Wash vegetables and trim as needed, cut to desired size
  3. In bowl combine vegetables, garlic, oil, salt and red pepper flakes
  4. Place in foil-lined pan (optional for easy clean-up)
  5. Bake as follows: Brussel Sprouts - 30 minutes, Broccoli - 15 - 20 minutes, Asparagas - 25 minutes
