1/4 Cup frozen edamame (no shells)
1/2 Cup Corn (Canned)
1/2 Red Bell Pepper (Diced)
1/2 Cup Red Onion
1/4 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar
1 Tbsp. EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
2 Tbsp Lime Juice
