Edamame Hummus Wrap

Ingredients: 

12 oz frozen shelled edamame (about 2¼ C), thawed
4 T lemon juice, divided
3 T extra-virgin olive oil, divided
2 T tahini
1 large clove garlic, chopped
½ tsp ground cumin
¾ tsp ground pepper, divided
½ tsp salt
2 C very thinly sliced green cabbage
½ C sliced orange bell pepper
1 scallion, thinly sliced
¼ C chopped fresh parsley
4 9-inch tortillas
