Eden brown bread


2 x 2lb loaf tins (good quality non-stick)
Large plastic bowl
225g white spelt flour
2 tbsp bread soda
225g wholegrain spelt flour
Pinch salt
30g pinhead oats
30g oat bran
30g wheat germ
30-40g unrefined castor sugar
Couple handfuls pumpkin and sunflower seeds

Mix together:
600ml buttermilk
1 egg
1 tbsp oil

Mix all dry ingredients together
Add buttermilk mixture - still until thoroughly mixed (it will be a sloppy mixture)
Pour into well greased loaf tins
Bake at 190 degrees or gas 5 for one hour
