Ingredients: 

1 cup of ditalini pasta, al dente
½ cup white rice
¼-1/8 cup black lentils, slightly salted
Dozen or so chickpeas, drained, rinsed, and patted dry
1-2 tablespoons of fried onions (below)
3 Tb of khaal (below)
3-5 Tb tomato sauce (below)
