1 shallot, peeled
1 clove of garlic, peeled
3-4 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper
5 medium-sized vine tomatoes (approx. 750g altogether)
Good squeeze of lemon juice
Maldon salt
Handful freshly chopped chervil
