2 Tablespoons Kosher Salt
2 Tablespoons Sugar
3 packages (1/4 Oz. Packet) Instant Yeast
11-½ cups All Purpose Or Bread Flour (I Like To Do A Half And Half Blend Most Times.)
Melted Butter For Brushing The Bread Midway Through Cooking And Then Again After They're Done Cooking
