1⅓ cup white rice flour
½ teaspoon xanthan gum
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1½ cups buttermilk
2 tablespoons olive oil
Gluten free cornmeal for handling, shaping, and dusting
