1 red bell pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 orange pepper
1 cup soy sauce
Splash of sesame oil
½ cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
½ red onion
½ white onion
6 cloves garlic minced
lemon juice (2 or 3 lemons)
Optional: meat of your choice, steak, seafood, etc.

Chop all veggies.

 Place the chopped bell peppers, onions, garlic, water, vegetable oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, and lemon juice into a container to marinade for about 30 minutes to an hour.

Prepare the meat of your choice. Cook the veggies on medium heat for about 10 minutes. Place the veggies and meat into a tortilla.
