Falafel Tacos with Avocado Sriracha Cream

Ingredients: 

For the falafel
1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
½ C packed cilantro and parsley leaves
2 C whole wheat flour (or chickpea flour)
¼ red onion, diced
2-3 garlic cloves
juice of ½ lemon
1 ½ tsp dried oregano
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cumin
salt and pepper to taste

For the avocado sriracha cream
1 very ripe avocado
juice of ½ lemon
1-2 T Sriracha

For the tacos:
4-6 hard taco shells
sliced tomato
sliced red onion
chopped cilantro leaves
