Fresh Corn Kernels (2 ears corn)

1 Large Egg

1/4 Cup Milk

1 Tbsp. Butter (melted)

1/4 Cup All-purpose Flour

1/4 Cup Yellow or White Cornmeal

1/3 Cup (your favorite) Cheese (jack, mozzarella, cheddar, gruyere, etc.)

2 Tbsp. Fresh Chives (chopped)

1/2 tsp. Salt

A few good turns of freshly Ground Pepper
