Fifteen Minute Pizza Dough


2 and 1/4 tsp. (1 package) active dry yeast
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 cup hot water (about 110-120 degrees)
3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil, plus extra for brushing the dough
1 tsp. salt
2 and 3/4 cups all purpose flour, plus extra for dusting
1/2 cup pizza sauce
(OPTIONAL) 1/2 cup of cornmeal, to dust the pan or baking stone before you bake the pizza.
