Made this the other night with salmon. SOOOO incredibly juicy! As with most Asian dishes, the most time consuming is the prep. Otherwise, it's quick!

Ingredients: 

A filet of your favorite fish (cod, halibut, fluke — I did cod and decided I hate cod. Did again with fluke, loved it)
Toasted sesame oil
Mirin — in the asian aisle of your grocery store
Fresh ginger
Fresh garlic
2 serrano chillies
Dried shiitake mushrooms / Fresh shiitake mushrooms / OR BOTH is best
Bundle of green onions
One zucchini
Salt and Pepper
