add rolled oats, chia, walnuts


1 large ripe banana
1 large egg, room temperature
1/2 cup of peanut butter
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
2 teaspoons of vanilla protein powder (organic whey)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract or paste
