2 cups thickened cream
1 cup milk
1 cup dextrose
1/4 cup cocoa
Vanilla essence
Warm cream and milk in a saucepan.
Whisk together dextrose, cocoa and vanilla essence, then whisk this into the cream and milk.
Cool this mixture down and place in fridge or freezer for half an hour until cold.
Churn cold mixture in an ice-cream maker and then freeze.
